CLEAN LINE GEL LINER is a cleanly formulated (Carbon Black and Cyclomethicone-free) soft tip gel eyeliner.
It glides effortlessly and allows you to blend out easily before setting.
Once set, it stays put. Saturated and water-resistant, this formula has the precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel.

FOR: suitable for sensitive eyes.
Glide across the lash line effortlessly.
Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look.
After using, press the cap in place to ensure it is air-tight.
Sharpen liner when needed using the sharpener on the end.
Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes that tie everything together.

How is this product different from conventional eyeliners?
This super sharp eyeliner glides on, and blends easily, giving you an effortless look.
Once it dries, it stays put all day long and is water-resistant.
It’s easy to wash off and is safe for super sensitive eyes, prone to irritation.
Also, many black pigments in the beauty industry are derived from an ingredient called Carbon Black.
Studies have shown that Carbon Black is a carcinogen and should be avoided whenever possible.
Instead, ILIA chose to get the black pigment from Charcoal which is a clean alternative.
More so, this high-performance gel liner has a built-in sharpener on the end.
We suggest you always close the pencil after using it to ensure it is airtight.
